Facials
A facial is a beautifying skin treatment that cleanses pores, exfoliates dead skin cells, hydrates and moisturises the skin, and treats common skin concerns with a customised regime. Facials are designed to boost the immediate appearance and overall health and longevity of the skin.

Hot Stone Massage
A hot stone massage is used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body.

Massage
Massage therapy is the practice of kneading or manipulating a person's muscles and other soft-tissue in order to improve their wellbeing or health. It is a form of manual therapy that includes holding, moving, and applying pressure to the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia.

Day Spa
Focus solely on the relaxation of your mind, body, and personal well being. Facilities may include massage rooms, saunas, pools, steam rooms and other features that work to create a soothing environment that lets you lose touch with the outside world for a few hours

Sauna
A sauna helps you relax, and it may have other health benefits, too. A sauna is typically a room heated to between 70° to 100° Celsius or 158° to 212° Fahrenheit. Traditional Finnish saunas usually use dry heat, with a relative humidity that is often between 10 and 20 percent.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a form of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). It uses essential oils to manage symptoms or boost your well-being. It's a holistic therapy, meaning it supports your whole self — mind, body and spirit. Aromatherapy involves inhaling essential oils or applying them (diluted) to your skin.

Hands & Feet
This rejuvenating treatment includes cuticle care, an intensive exfoliation, and a hydrating mask to restore moisture. A deeply relaxing hand and foot massage combines the calming benefits of acupressure and warm hot stones, leaving your hands and feet feeling nourished, smoother, and refreshed.

Manicures
Shaping and painting the nails, tidying the cuticles, and nourishing the skin with oils and creams. Finishes range from regular polish to gel, which is dried under a UV lamp and lasts up to three weeks.
