Osprey Centre
After a period of extinction in the UK, Ospreys famously returned to Scotland in the 1950s. Loch Garten is where these Ospreys chose to settle after many years of not returning to the country. The beautiful birds still come back to RSPB Loch Garten Ospreys At RSPB Loch Garten Osprey Centre every spring to breed. Formerly known as the Osprey Centre, Loch Garten has views over the Osprey nest so visitors can experience these unique creatures for themselves. There is also hi-definition remote viewing through the Osprey webcam, allowing nature lovers to see the birds from anywhere. As well as Ospreys, the centre is also home to bank voles, crested tits, red squirrels and many more woodland creatures.

Wildlife park
The Highland Wildlife Park in the Highlands offers an extraordinary wildlife experience set against the stunning backdrop of the Cairngorms National Park. Highland Cows
One of the most sought-after Scottish experiences is meeting our hairy and loveable Highland cows. Or as we Scots call them, Highland coos! Iconic, cute and extremely photogenic, these hardy yet docile animals can be found right across Scotland, including the islands.

Reindeer Centre
The Cairngorm Reindeer Herd is Britain’s only free-ranging herd of reindeer found in the Cairngorm mountains in Scotland. These tame and friendly animals are a joy to all who come and see them. Reindeer are not just for Christmas! There are currently around 150 reindeer in the herd, mostly ranging on the Cairngorm Mountains with the remainder on the Glenlivet Estate, the locations being some 30 miles apart.
